Obtained from 100% Arbequina olives and pressed together with zesty lemons del Mediterráneo, this olive oil is ideal for dressing salads, marinating carpaccios or preparing fish and seafood.
Wonderfully Natural
This flavoured extra virgin olive oil is wonderfully natural, amigo: untouched soil, rain, sun and lots of passion helped bring a little piece of Spain to your home. Here’s how:
1. Harvest
We grow the Arbequina variety in the northern region of Spain, Catalonia, in a small olive orchard. There it stays for many months enjoying the Spanish sun until it is just perfecto for pressing, around November each year. Local farmers then, with mucho amor, hand-pick the olives from the trees and bring them to the mill for production. For this specialty olive oil, we went to pick some beautiful yellow lemons from the Mediterráneo.
2. Production
This flavoured olive oil is purely made from 100% Arbequina olives and, as opposed to infused oils, it is crushed and pressed together with zesty lemons del Mediterráneo. This means you get an incredible flavour and all the vitaminas, minerals and antioxidants found in limones and olivas.
3. Packaging
The only thing we love as much as our wonderfully natural olive oils is the packaging they come in:
Our new tins are made of reclycled material and can be recycled so that we can make more tins. They also need less energy to recycle which is good for our footprint.
There are no labels in this tin and therefore we don't need to cut down trees for making new labels. And since our tin manufacturer also prints our tins, we save an enormous amount of energy by doing two different things under one roof.
More than 80% of our prints are made from vegetable-based inks
The cases we use to ship our tins are made of 100% recycled paper and are 100% recycable.
