Obtained from 100% Arbequina olives and pressed together with fiery chillies de Navarra, this olive oil is ideal to drizzle over pasta or pizza.
wonderfully natural
This flavoured extra virgin olive oil is wonderfully natural, amigo: untouched soil, rain, sun and lots of passion helped bring a little piece of Spain to your home. Here’s how:
1. harvest
We grow the Arbequina variety in the northern region of Spain, Catalonia, in a small olive orchard. There it stays for many months enjoying the Spanish sun until it is just perfecto for pressing, around November each year. Local farmers then, with mucho amor, hand-pick the olives from the trees and bring them to the mill for production. Red, fiery chillies are grown in the north of Spain, in a region called Navarra. Here the perfect ones are hand chosen for their intense flavour and perfect spice.
2. production
This flavoured olive oil is purely made from 100% Arbequina olives and, as opposed to infused oils, it is crushed and pressed together with fiery chillies de Navarra. This means you get an incredible flavour and all the vitaminas, minerals and antioxidants found in chilis and olivas.
3. packaging
The only thing we love as much as our wonderfully natural olive oils are the bottles they come in:
Our new white bottles are tinted using natural pigments only and have a 100% UV light protection
The label on this bottle is fully removable so help with the recycling process. All you need to do is remove the label and bin it in the plastic container. Easy peasy!
More than 80% of our prints are made from vegetable-based inks
The cases we use to ship our bottles are made of 100% recycled paper and are 100% recycable. Furthermore, the inks we use on the smaller boxes are printed using vegetable based inks only.
Some of you think I am to die for whilst others believe you have had better oils before. Whatever your thinking is, vote by clicking the number of hearts it deserves or feel free to post your own review below.

Kerstin "400 grammes Jerusalem artichokes peeled and cut to pieces
400 grammes Almond potatoes peeled and cut to pieces. (Almond potatoes is northern variety which mashes easily but you could use any type
Vegetable or chicken stock
Salt and pepper
Put the pieces in a casserole and pour stock over so it just covers
Boil on low heat until quite soft
Mix the pieces and stock together (I just used a rodmixer)
Taste with salt and pepper
Maybe you have to add some more stock for the consistency you would like
Serve in bowls with dashes of chilioil - maybe with some pieces of grilled Serrano ham"
