The almonds are first roasted to release their wonderful flavour, then cold pressed and filtered through traditional methods following a 75 year old tradition. This oil adds a rich almond flavour to all your salads, pastas, grilled meat and fish and is also ideal for use in baking.
Almond oil is very popular in India with duck and curry, and in China it is also used with chicken and duck. Give almond oil a try - you are sure to love it!

Wonderfully natural
This almond oil is made wonderfully natural: untouched soil, some rain, sun and lots of passion brings a little piece of Spain to your kitchen. Here’s how:
1. Harvest
We grow the almonds in Mallorca, Spain, in a small orchard. Local farmers then, with mucho amor, hand-pick the almonds from the trees and bring them to the mill for production.
2. Production
After harvesting we wash the almonds and then let them dry in the Spanish sun.The almonds are then roasted and cold pressed to release all their natural oils. The oil is then filtered to achieve a perfect final product.
3. Packaging
The only thing we love as much as our wonderfully natural oils is the packaging they come in:
Our new white bottles are tinted using natural pigments only and have a 100% UV light protection
The label on this bottle is fully removable so help with the recycling process. All you need to do is remove the label and bin it in the plastic container. Easy peasy!
More than 80% of our prints are made from vegetable-based inks
The cases we use to ship our bottles are made of 100% recycled paper and are 100% recycable. Furthermore, the inks we use on the smaller boxes are printed using vegetable based inks only.
Health benefits
Almonds have a high content of vitamins E, B and P. Like olive oil it is a monounsaturated fatty acid and also contains a good amount of linoleic fatty acid.
This balance makes for a very healthy oil that will help to protect your heart and fight against bad cholesterol.
